Ad compliance

Create your ad.
Leadsoon checks the rest.

Every platform has its rules, every trade has its obligations. Before you send it, Leadsoon reads your ad again, flags what could get it rejected, explains why and suggests a fix.

How does it work?

Four steps, at the end of your creation, without asking you for anything more.

  1. 1

Leadsoon reads your ad again: hook, text, promise, call to action, sector and the platform it will run on.

  2. 2

It applies the rules that really concern you: those of each platform, and the obligations of your line of business.

  3. 3

Each flagged point gets a level, from “to check” to “high risk of rejection”, along with the explanation.

  4. 4

You are offered a rewording. Accept it, adapt it, or keep your text: it is your ad.

Paste your text. See what gets caught.

No account, no sign-up. This is the checker from the Leadsoon flow, plugged into this page. It checks French ads against French law, so the examples are in French.

An example:
Where will you run it?
No data is stored: the text is analysed, then forgotten.

Deterministic check: the same text always gives the same result. Rule base updated on 20 September 2026 (version 2026-09-20a).

Four levels

You know what is serious, and what is not.

A flagged point is not a ban. Leadsoon tells you how much it needs attention, and you decide.

Compliant

Nothing to report on the rules checked. You can publish.

To check

The wording is allowed, as long as it is accurate. “Free quote”, “no commitment”: you must be able to deliver it.

Change recommended

It is not forbidden, but it is fragile. Most rejections come from here: capitals, superlatives, a missing notice.

High risk of rejection

A known reason for rejection, documented by the platform. Fix it before sending the campaign.

What is checked

The most common reasons for rejection.

These are not rare cases: they are the sentences everyone writes without thinking.

Unverifiable promises

“The best”, “No. 1”, “guaranteed results”, “earn €3,000 a month”.

Superiority must be provable, and a result cannot be guaranteed. Leadsoon suggests a sentence that says the same thing without claiming it.

The person targeted

“Are you in debt?”, “Do you suffer from back pain?”, “Are you 50?”.

Meta forbids implying that you know the person’s health, age, religion or financial situation. Talk about the offer, not about them.

Sector obligations

Credit, investment, alcohol, gambling, health, regulated professions.

Mandatory legal notice, risk information, prior authorisation: Leadsoon adds what is missing, in the right place.

Text form

CAPITALS, repeated punctuation, emojis in a Google ad.

The most common reason for rejection, and the simplest: Leadsoon fixes it on its own and shows you the difference.

Platform limits

30-character headline, 90-character description, text cut off by “see more”.

Go over and the ad is rejected at review, or cut off in the middle of your promise.

Special categories

Employment, housing, credit: restricted targeting on Meta.

No age, no gender, no postcode, and a wider area. Declare it when the ad goes live, or the campaign is rejected afterwards.

An example

The same ad, twice as solid.

High risk of rejectionWhat you wrote

We are the best brokers in France. Guaranteed results!

  • Claim of superiority“The best in France” rests on no ranking that can be cited: comparative advertising must be verifiable (art. L122-1 of the French Consumer Code).
  • Guaranteed resultGuaranteeing that a loan will be granted is an explicit reason for rejection on both Meta and Google.
  • Legal notice missingEvery credit ad must carry “A loan commits you and must be repaid…” (art. L312-5 of the French Consumer Code).
CompliantWhat Leadsoon suggests

Personal support for your financing project. A loan commits you and must be repaid. Check that you can afford the repayments before committing.

  • The promise staysIt is still about getting financing, but through the way of working, not a place in a ranking.
  • Nothing is made upLeadsoon adds no figure, review or deadline that you did not give.
  • The notice is addedIn the right place, in the right text, and in the format the platform expects.
In your flow

The check is already there, at the last step.

You have nothing to launch: when your texts are ready, the indicator appears. One click to see the detail, one click to apply the fix.

  • At the right timeAt the end, once the texts exist, not while you are writing.
  • Never blockingLeadsoon flags and suggests. You can publish your version despite the warning.
  • Always explainedEach point shows the rule that applies and the reason it was flagged.

Rules that change, a base that keeps up

Platforms change their rules several times a year, and consumer law evolves. Leadsoon’s rule base is dated, versioned and displayed: you always know which version your ad was checked against.

What Leadsoon does not do

Leadsoon is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. It does not guarantee that your campaign will be accepted: platform moderation also looks at the visual, the landing page and your account history. What Leadsoon does is identify the main reasons for rejection up front, explain why, and suggest a fix before you send.
