User guide

Leadsoon, step by step

Never advertised online before? This guide is for you. It follows the order in which you’ll use Leadsoon, from your brand to following up your contacts. Read it in one go, or jump straight to the chapter you need.

1Leadsoon at a glance

The three stages of a campaign, and the words to know.

Prepare, launch, follow up

What it’s for
Win new customers with online ads, without knowing anything about advertising.
What you do
You describe what you offer. Leadsoon writes the copy, creates the visuals and the web page where future customers leave their details. You then publish the campaign on your own Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok accounts, guided screen by screen.
What happens next
Every interested person arrives in Contacts, where you follow them until they become a customer.

Everything is saved

What it’s for
Stop whenever you like without losing anything.
What you do
Nothing: each step is saved as you move on.
What happens next
On the home page, the Pick up your campaign banner takes you back to the step where you stopped.

The home page and the menu

What it’s for
Go straight to what you want to do.
What you do
The home page offers each action with its numbers: campaigns, contacts, photos, videos, posters, pages. The menu on the left goes everywhere; New campaign is at the top. Your name, at the bottom of the menu, opens Plan and credits, Settings and sign out.
What happens next
The credits counter, top right, shows what you have left. The Need help? button, top right, answers your questions about the open screen.

A few useful words

Campaign
A complete ad, with its visuals, copy, audience and platforms.

The ad’s image, with its text written on it.
Web page
Your offer’s page, with a form where future customers leave their details.
Contact
An interested person who left you their name, phone number or email.

Where the people you want to reach live: a town and a radius, a region, a country.

2Your brand

Your logo, colours and business, reused in every creation.

Create your brand

What it’s for
Make your ads, posters and pages look like you, without typing everything again each time.
What you do
On your first visit, paste the link to your website or a social profile: Leadsoon reads your logo, colours and business from it. Check and complete Your brand and Your style. You can also enter everything yourself, or Skip for now.
What happens next
Your brand is ready: every new creation uses it.

Edit or add a brand

What it’s for
Fix a logo or a colour, or handle several businesses.
What you do
Open Brands in the menu. Open a brand to edit it, or create another; the one marked Default is offered first.
What happens next
Later creations use your changes. Those already made stay as they are.

3Create a campaign

The eight steps, from your offer to approving your ads.

Getting started

What it’s for
Prepare a complete ad, step by step.
What you do
Click New campaign, choose the brand, write your offer in one sentence, then Start.
What happens next
The bar at the top shows the steps. On the right, your campaign’s summary; Your answers lets you change any answer already given.

Your offer

What it’s for
Let Leadsoon understand what you sell, to whom, where and at what price.
What you do
Click Analyse my offer. Check What we understood, answer the few questions asked, and say how to talk about the price.
What happens next
Your offer is rewritten for advertising: all the copy starts from there.

Your audience

What it’s for
Choose whom to talk to, where, and how they will contact you.
What you do
Keep the suggested audiences that suit you, or add your own. Enter the area, then choose how to be contacted: qualified leads, direct contact, appointments, sales, sign-ups or visits.
What happens next
If your contacts come through a form, your campaign gets a web page (the Page step).

Your market

What it’s for
See what your competitors do before creating your ad, and stand out.
What you do
Check your business and the area, then "Analyse my market" (1 credit; free if the same search was run in the last 7 days). Tick what is true for you among what few competitors say. This step is optional: "Continue without the analysis" is always there.
What happens next
What you ticked is put forward in your visuals and copy; what your competitors repeat won't be your main hook.

Your platforms

What it’s for
Choose where your ad will show.
What you do
Tick Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, Google Search or TikTok. Those recommended for your business are marked.
What happens next
Each platform gets its visuals and copy in the right format.

Your visuals

What it’s for
Get your ad’s image, in every format.
What you do
Click Create my visuals. Choose a version; Another image or Retouch (colours, photo, mood, style, framing) change it. Set the amount of text and where the logo goes.
What happens next
Each image created or retouched costs 1 credit. The logo moves, resizes or hides for free.

The visual’s text

What it’s for
Check each phrase written on the image: hook, title, price, button…
What you do
Fix or remove a text, then Apply to the image.
What happens next
The image is redone with your text (1 credit).

Your page

What it’s for
Have a page for your offer, where future customers leave their details.
What you do
Click Create my page: three versions arrive. Compare them on computer and phone, ask for changes with Redo the version, then Put this version live.
What happens next
The page is online. Its form sends every request to Contacts.

Your ads

What it’s for
Write the copy that goes with the image on each platform.
What you do
Read each text; Rewrite suggests another. The counter follows the length the platform allows, and the preview shows what your customers will see.
What happens next
Copy is free.

Approval

What it’s for
Check everything before publishing.
What you do
Open each ad, fix it with Edit, then Validate. When all are approved, click Launch the campaign.
What happens next
Your campaign is ready: you reach the publishing screen (chapter Publish your campaign).

Find your campaigns

What it’s for
Resume a campaign, rename it, copy it or delete it.
What you do
Open Campaigns in the menu: the In progress tab lists those to finish, Ready those to publish. A campaign’s … menu offers Rename, Duplicate and Delete.
What happens next
Duplicate makes a copy: the original stays as it is. Delete removes the campaign and its visuals, after you confirm.

4Publish your campaign

The pack to download and the guides to publish on your own accounts.

The “Ready to run” screen

What it’s for
Have everything you need to publish at hand: settings, copy, visuals, web page.
What you do
Go through each platform’s tabs. Copy puts a text on your clipboard; Download saves a visual. Download the full pack takes everything at once, in a .zip file.
What happens next
You publish on your own ad accounts: the budget is paid directly to the platforms, with no commission for Leadsoon.

Set up step by step

What it’s for
Be guided screen by screen on Facebook and Instagram, Google Search or TikTok, even without experience.
What you do
Click Set up on… for a platform. Each step says what to click, what to check and what to copy. Tick the steps as you go.
What happens next
At the end, the platform is marked Campaign published. Your progress is kept if you come back later.

Stuck on a step?

What it’s for
Find an option that isn’t where the guide says.
What you do
Under the step, open the help: it answers with your own campaign’s values.
What happens next
Platforms often change their screens: the diagrams are a guide.

5Your contacts

Receive every request, follow it up, and never forget to call back.

Receive your contacts

What it’s for
Never lose a request, wherever it comes from.
What you do
Leadsoon web pages send their contacts on their own. For your website’s form, or Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads lead forms, open Receive my contacts and follow the source’s instructions.
What happens next
Each new contact arrives in Contacts and you get an email. New ones are marked until you have seen them.

Pipeline

What you do
The Pipeline view sorts contacts into columns: New contact, To contact, In discussion, Customer won, Lost. Move a card with the arrows. List, Reminders and Statistics are the other views.

What it’s for
Never forget to call someone back.
What you do
In the record, Plan a reminder: choose the type, write what needs doing, the day and the time.
What happens next
The reminder shows in Reminders and on the home page. On the day, you get an email in the morning. Mark it done when it is.

Add, import, export

What it’s for
Keep all your contacts in one place, and take them with you if needed.
What you do
Add for someone who called you directly; Import a CSV file; Export to a spreadsheet or another CRM.
What happens next
A contact already there (same email or same phone) is not imported twice.

6The Studio

Product photos, videos, posters, web pages and the media library.

Product photos

What it’s for
Stage your product in a polished setting, without a photographer.
What you do
Upload the product photo (or pick it from the media library), choose a setting and a format, then Create 3 photos.
What happens next
Three shots arrive in about a minute, 1 credit each. A shot that fails gives its credit back.

Videos

What it’s for
Make an ad video, with or without a presenter, and find it in each of its formats.
What you do
In Videos, click New video. Without a presenter: your pictures (or a series made for you), the message, the edit (voice, music, subtitles). With a presenter: the message, the presenter, the script and the voice. Then Create my video.

What you do
Choose your sector and business, the area to analyse, keywords if you like, then Run my Radar.
What happens next
Allow one to two minutes; you can leave the page. The same search run again within 7 days is free.

10Frequently asked questions

I closed the page while creating. Have I lost everything?

No. Each step is saved. On the home page, click Resume my campaign, or open it from Campaigns. You come back to the step where you stopped.

I made a mistake in an answer.

Any answer can be fixed. Open Your answers in the campaign, fix it, then Save. Visuals already made keep the old version: make a new one if needed.

Does Leadsoon publish my ad by itself?

No: you publish it on your own Facebook, Google or TikTok accounts. The Ready to run screen and its guides take you screen by screen. You stay in control of your budget, paid directly to the platforms.

What ad budget should I plan?

You set it, on your ad account. The advice What budget for a local ad campaign?, under Going further, helps you work it out. Leadsoon takes no commission on this budget.

I have no credits left.

Copy stays free: you can keep editing it. Add a pack in Plan and credits, or wait for your plan to renew. A creation that fails costs you nothing: its credits are given back.

Where are the people who answered?

In Contacts, from the menu. New ones are marked; the home page shows how many. You also get an email for each new contact.
